Conditions for participation:
1. The competition is open to all children and young people from 10-29 years old, as of
31.12.2021, divided into four age groups:
- First age group – from 10 to 12 years old
- Second age group – from 13 to 15 years old
- Third age group – from 16 to 19 years old
- Fourth age group – from 20 to 29 years old
2. Each cartoonist can participate in the competition with not more than 5 works. The technique of the work is optional.
3. Each cartoon must contain the following contact information about the participant:
- The three names
- Date and year of birth
- School, class
- Exact address, telephone
The works are desirable to be in size (35/50 cm)
The cartoons must be submitted to the Youth Center Dobrich or sent by post to the address: Dobrich, 9300, PK. № 15, Stariya oreh Square №1, for the competition “Funny at school in cartoons”, no later than March 16, 2021.
Subject prizes will be awarded in each age group.
Evaluation:
The works will be judged by professionals.
The results will be announced by March 29, 2021 on Facebook: Youth Center Dobrich and website: www.ycb.bg
The best cartoons will be exhibited on April 1, 2021, in a real or online, depending on the epidemiological situation.
The cartoons participating in the competition remain in the fund and can be documented and used for the purposes of the Center, without paying rights and compensations.
By participating in the competition, applicants accept that their personal data be processed and used only for the purposes and implementation of the above competition, in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and the application of Regulation / EU / 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. from 27.04.2016
