Participation in National Campaign "Education through Sport"

The team participated in the National Campaign “Education through Sport”. The campaign is part of the european initiative „Now we move” and the “Move Week” campaign. It was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria. The training was aimed at teaching professionals (directors, teachers of physical education and sport, teachers, school counselors), youth workers and representatives of organizations that use physical activity as a tool for education and development. The main topics covered in the training include educational approach – education through sport, methodology of education through sport, practical exercises and more.
“Education through Sport” for Dobrich is organized with the support of YICC Dobrich and was held in the interactive hall of the library “Dora Gabe”. The training was a one-day, free of charge, the participants received certificates, package materials and access to Web resources on the topic.
